  • All Transportdepot Inc ("Agent") is licensed transportation broker and carrier(we also own our own trucks) that arranges for transport of the vehicles of All Transportdepot Inc customers (the "Shipper") by independently owned and operated motor carriers ("Carrier").
  • Arrange pick-up and delivery of vehicle from and to Shipper's designated points and agrees that any storage of vehicle will be in a safe and secure area when not on a Carrier. All terminals shall be licensed and insured.
  • Arrange transport on fully licensed, bonded and insured interstate motor carriers carrying a minimum of $100,000 of cargo insurance and meeting current state and interstate licensing requirements. Copies of the licensing, insurance certificates and bills of lading shall be on file at Agent's office
  • Arrange transport of Shipper's car in the timeliest and safest manner possible. Sign Carrier bill of lading as Agent.
  • In the event of damage to or loss of the vehicle Agent agrees to forward all necessary documents to Carrier and/or terminal within the time required by Carrier's bill of lading so as to expedite a timely settlement of claims.
  • Agent does not guarantee pick?up or delivery on specified dates, although Agent will make a good faith attempt to expedite shipment of the vehicle in accordance with Shippers instructions. Agent and Shipper agree that the parties hereto do not foresee or contemplate any car rentals or other special damages arising from a delay in the delivery of the vehicle and Agent shall not be liable for such damages.
  • By Shipper's signature or signature of a person authorized to sign on behalf of Shipper on this Bill of Lading/Contract, the persons listed as pick?up name and delivery are appointed agents for the purpose of releasing the vehicle, approving charges, accepting delivery and releasing Agent from any and all claims upon acceptance of delivery.
  • Shipper is responsible for preparing the vehicle for shipment. All loose parts, special equipment, fragile or protruding accessories, low hanging spoilers, hub caps, etc. must be removed and/or properly secured. Any part of the vehicle that falls off in transit is Shipper's responsibility, including damages caused by said part to any and all other vehicles involved. Vehicles must be tendered to Agent in good running condition.
  • Shippers presenting a non-operational vehicle for transportation will be charged an additional $150.00. If a vehicle is rendered for shipment and later becomes non-operational, the $150.00 fee will be added onto the amount to be collected, as well as any other charges necessary to accomplish delivery. Shipper may be required to pick up the vehicle at a terminal facility if additional fees are due upon delivery.
  • Any dispute of payment, including, but not limited to: stop payment of checks or any other dispute of charges will be considered a breach of contract and the vehicle will be immediately subject to lien filled in accordance with 770 ILCS 50/0.01, repossession and auction to satisfy the amount due?plus costs and/or expenses, including, but not limited to collection and legal fees.
  • Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Bill of Lading/Contract shall be settled in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The parties hereto agree to abide and be bound by the decision and award of the arbitrators, and that a judgment may be entered in court upon the award ion pursuance of this submission.
  • This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the substantive and procedural law of the State of Georgia

This agreement supersedes all prior written or oral agreements and understandings between Shipper, Agent and assigned carriers and terminals and constitutes the entire agreement between them. This agreement may not be modified except in writing and signed by an Shipper and Agent.

IMPORTANT- TO SHIPPER; All Transportdepot Inc service is limited to the transportation of the vehicle only. Dependable Auto Transport shall not accept responsibility for personal goods inside the vehicle. This provision cannot be waived. Any damage and/or loss resulting from this will be Shipper's responsibility.

ALL TRANSPORTDEPOT INC. AND/OR ASSIGNED CARRIERS AND TERMINALS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Damage caused by leaking fluids, battery acids, cooling systems, anti-freeze solution, industrial fallout, road hazards or acts of God.
  2. Mechanical functions, under carriage, exhaust assembly, alignment, suspension or tuning of engine (because inspection of these items is not practical at the time of shipment).
  3. Damage to glass, not due to Carrier negligence
  4. CONVERTIBLE TOPS AND REAR WINDOWS; BOOTS, CAPS OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF CANVAS COVERINGS.
  5. Damage to vehicle caused by: (1) Vehicles that cannot be driven on or off transporter under their own power, and/or (2) Vehicles with insufficient brakes, parking brake or parking gear.
  6. Damage to tires not due to Carrier negligence. Damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading/Contract and signed by driver.
  7. Damage to radio and/or car phone antennas. Removal and or securement will be the responsibility of Shipper.
  8. AUTO RENTAL ACCRUALS WILL NOT BE HONORED.
  9. Costs or expenses, including towing or damage charges, resulting from malfunction of the vehicle.
  10. Damage to plastic, molded or covered interior such as dash boards, seats, etc. not due to Carrier negligence.
